This company offer state of the art offices, with Hybrid working in Manchester City Centre and are currently going through a sustained period of growth making it an excellent time to join the business.
Description
The Accounts Assistant role is initially a Temporary Assignment which could be extended and will be Hybrid working- 2 days per week in Manchester City Centre office/3 remote.
Reporting to the Finance Manager Key duties will include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of Purchase Ledger invoices.
- Management of supplier queries and statement reconciliations.
- Assisting with monthly closure of purchase ledger.
- Preparing payment runs for approval and processing.
- Bank reconciliation
- Performing cash book reconciliations
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
- Have previous experience in running end to end Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger processes
- Be able to commute 2 days per week into Manchester City Centre
- Be able to consider a temporary role initially
