Main duties and responsibilities: You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and administrating the M365 platform as provided.
- Providing primary support and training (including arrangement of) for the M365 platform.
- Working with the business to foster a change in working practice to make best use of the new tools available (document sharing, Teams etc.)
- Providing further review and implementation on how the business could extend the use of M365 platform with secondary products (Power Automate, Planner, OneNote, Teams integration etc.).
- Working with the local site IT teams and training staff to deliver solutions.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of:
- Administrating a Microsoft365 platform (e.g., AzureAD, Office, Sharepoint, Teams, Exchange, Power Platform etc)administrating on-premises Active Directory
- Supporting Microsoft Office and Outlook 365
- Using Powershell for Microsoft365 administration
- Device management of both Windows and iOS using Intune.
- Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service/Marketing
The candidate must be prepared to:
- Travel within Europe
- Work independently whilst being part of a global team.
The successful applicant will work a 37.30 hour week. Hours of work: - Monday to Thursday 7.30 am - 4.30 pm. Friday 7.30 - 12 Noon.
