Job Title: IFA Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Location: Milton Keynes

A well-established Financial Planning firm, who pride themselves on tailored, specialist Financial Advice is continuing to grow despite the current climate. They place the client first and are looking for an IFA Administrator to come and join their team.

This company provide advice across a diverse range of case types to both private individuals and corporate clients on cases such as Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning and Protection. With this in mind, the role will be very varied and ideally looking for an individual who can fit within this and employ their technical knowledge.

They are now looking for an experienced, technically minded, IFA Administrator to join the firm to take on the duties that help support the business' continued growth. This would be a fantastic career step for an experienced candidate as the firm prides itself on the development of its employees.

The Role:

As an IFA Administrator you will be directly supporting the Financial Planners and Paraplanners of the business, with duties including valuations, pre- and post-meeting administration, communicating with providers, completing ad-hoc client requests regarding the products they have through the firm, and liaising with the client at every step to make sure they have a smooth experience.

This firm heavily invest in growing and developing talent whilst providing a supportive environment so the successful candidate will have progression routes for future roles if desired.

The Required Skills:

  • Experience in an IFA Administrator role
  • An in-depth knowledge of investments, pensions, and protection
  • Ambitious individual looking to join a well-established Financial Planning firm.
  • Excellent communication and client skills
  • Experience using back-office systems (Intelligent Office preferred)
