Job Title: Finished Goods Controller / Supply Chain
Salary: £35,000
Location: Bala, North Wales
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Alternative hours such as 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm are open for discussion)
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Finished Goods Controller to manage the visibility, accuracy, and control of our stock, including seasonal and all-year-round ambient products. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless stock movement and communication across internal teams, external partners, and third-party consolidators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all stock internally and externally using the company ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Nav) and 3rd party consolidators.
- Review production plans, ensuring adherence, and communicate necessary actions to the wider business.
- Download and review customer forecasts, flagging significant anomalies to the team.
- Update and maintain daily seasonal and promotional trackers, communicating next steps.
- Manage stock rotation, best before dates, and third-party stock picks, ensuring prompt action on any issues.
- Prepare and share key reports, updating KPIs both daily and weekly with accurate data and analysis.
- Track and update reports on PODs, debit notes, and manage transport bookings for goods across locations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in operational planning/supply chain, with a strong understanding of demand and capacity planning in an FMCG environment (ideally food/bakery).
- Knowledge of the full NPD concept to launch process, aligned with retailer codes of practice.
- Experience with ERP/MSP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills.
