**2nd stage Interview will be in 2 parts: Week commencing 7th October - Stakeholder interview over Teams. Week commencing 14th October - Face to face interview.

This is a refreshed role in our Leadership Team. You will have the opportunity to build on solid foundations whilst being able to co-produce new thinking, step change and position the Trust as the leader in its field. You will be passionate about our cause, want to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, have significant experiences that you will utilise to hit the ground running and be a fabulous coach and mentor for your team and the Charity. You will have the skill and understanding to know how to influence our desire to be an irresistible employer and you will be clear on your measures of success. Stakeholder Engagement will be your forte as you drive our brand proposition into the future.

You will have experiences that support your leadership in a Charity employing over 700 staff working across multiple stakeholder groups internally and externally and you will have an ability to understand the tone of voice of a Charity working in the Learning Disability space that is passionate about equality, co-production and inclusion.

Please note you will be required to conduct overnight stays twice per quarter for appropriate meetings. Ideally we are looking for someone to be based either within corridors of Midlands to London or Manchester to York.
