Financial Analyst, Wimborne, £45,000
As the Financial Analyst within this support and collaborative team, you will provide essential management and financial accounting information to support business needs. This role will involve assisting the production of financial reports and undertaking various finance projects to support the organisation's growth and compliance.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management reports and compare performance against budget.
- Communicate variances with budget owners and monitor financial ratios/KPIs.
- Support updates to financial policies, corporate plan, ICAAP, and ILAAP.
- Assist with finance projects, daily reporting, reconciliations, and treasury functions.
- Maintain ledgers, monitor budgets, and conduct ad-hoc business analysis.
Financial Analyst Skills & Experience Required
- Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong understanding of financial risks in financial services.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team; financial services experience preferred.
