We have a great opportunity for a property professional to join our clients in the Canary Wharf area as a New Homes Sales Advisor.
Ideally, our clients are looking for someone who has previous experience in New Build sales. however, they would consider property professionals looking to move into new homes.
Working Days:
- 5 day week
- Full time
The successful New Homes Sales Advisor will be offered:
- Basic £23,000
- Up to £35,000 OTE
- Ongoing training and support
New Homes Sales Advisor requirements:
- Previous experience in New Homes is ideal however will consider an applicant with a Property background
- Hard-working and results-driven individual
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Motivated to exceed targets
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs
Responsibilities included in the role of a New Homes Sales Advisor:
- Register client details
- Book and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
- Working as part of a team
- General admin
