The Senior IT Support Engineer role:
You will deliver all tiers of support to our clients across the region, from our head office on the outskirts of Chester. Supporting Microsoft Server stack support; Windows Server, Active Directory, Office365 plus supporting network solutions; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, WAN and LAN, you will deliver exceptional services to our clients and become an essential part of our close knit team of professionals.
