About the Role:
I'm seeking a talented individual to join a high-calibre commercial property and construction firm that's solidly backed and located right in the heart of Stockport. This role offers the perfect blend of challenging responsibilities and a vibrant work atmosphere. With excellent transport connections, your daily commute will be a breeze!
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video conferences with efficiency and accuracy.
- Site Visits: Organise and coordinate site visits to ensure smooth operations and successful trips.
- Complex Scheduling: Handle intricate calendar and travel arrangements, including visa coordination.
- Expense Processing: Manage expense processing through Concur (training provided).
- Presentation Support: Assist with the printing and binding of high-quality presentations.
- General Secretarial Duties: Perform essential tasks such as booking couriers and updating Outlook contacts.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Background: Experience in Commercial Property, Property Investment, Private Equity or Financial Services is highly desirable.
- Attributes: Enthusiasm, loyalty, a great team attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Professionalism: A professional manner with a keen ability to manage tasks efficiently.
