Nexus Recruitment have been instructed by a progresstive, proptech led managing agent in Central London, on an exciting new role in South East London. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior PM to oversee 1000 units as a DevelopmentManager.
Core responsibilities:
- Management of a team of 8, ensuring all standards are exceeded
- Management of all section 20 major works on behalf of the client
- Regularly liaising with the client who is heavily involved
- Management of sevice charge budgets (multiple schedules)
- Delivering excellent and detailed service to all leaseholders
Our client is looking for someone ideally who has experience managing on-site staff, but also someone technical who can come in and hit the ground running. This is a single site role however it is busy and will suit someone from a multi-site background.
