Hours: Monday to Friday - 8-5pm
COMPANY PROFILE
My client based in Hertford, started as a family run business and over the years have grown into a well-established company offering a diverse range of services to their clients.
The company seeks a Property Administrator to support the Manager in looking after multiple properties, ensuring efficient and accurate administrative tasks.
SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in the property industry
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and email
  • Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Excel
  • Organised and efficient
  • Full UK Driving Licence

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general administrative support to the Estates Manager, including diary management.
  • Act as the main contact for Estates enquiries, assist with tenant viewings, and draft agreements.
  • Manage routine maintenance, repairs, contractor records, and necessary certifications.
  • Organise property marketing, negotiate rental offers, and handle tenant onboarding tasks.
  • Maintain records for inspections, insurance, and compliance schedules.
  • Assist with invoicing, debt management, and chasing arrears.
  • Handle admin tasks like minute-taking, court applications, and council tax payments.
  • Manage utilities, meter readings, service organisation, and key duplication.
