Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to work in the community for a Private Home Care provider delivering IV Therapy treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medical treatments such as IV infusions, injections, and parenteral nutrition.
- Deliver patient-cantered care with a focus on helping individuals regain independence and meet their healthcare goals.
- Visit 1-3 patients per day, with travel across the region included as part of your working hours.

Requirements for the role:
- Valid NMC Pin and experience as a Registered Nurse.

- A full UK driving license is essential, as extensive travel is part of the role.
