Job Title: Service Centre Student Advisor
9 months FTC
Salary: Up to £27,672 dependant on experience
Location: Central Milton Keynes
The working hours are 8 hour shifts between 8:30 and 17:30 on most days and supporting on shifts between 7.00 am to 19:00 pm during exam sessions and peak periods.
We are working in partnership with a leading professional membership organisation who are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their fast paced, busy team.
Providing support and information, you will be using a mix of email, telephone and webchat responding to a variety of enquiries from students and prospective students.
The organisation provides a robust and comprehensive training programme in order to support team members in delivering a high quality and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities for a Service Centre Student Advisor:
- Managing high volume inbound calls from students and prospective students
- Utilising multichannel enquiries - phone, email or webchat from query to resolution
- Take responsibility for resolving enquiries within SLA's
- Make outbound telephone calls to contact individuals in relation to outstanding matters or documentation
- Ensuring all are kept update date with activities to support student communications and satisfaction outside of enquiry management.
Essential Skills for a Service Centre Student Advisor:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with a high volume of inbound calls
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Strong times management skills and the experience of working to deadlines.
- Proven ability to working within a multi-channel environment
