ASB Officer Vacancy

A local authority client, based in Surrey, are currently recruiting for an ASB Officer to join their excellent team on a temporary basis.
Length of contract: 2 – 3 months temporary
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Hybrid working, 3 days onsite in Woking
Role responsibilities:
- Managing and resolving a caseload of ASB cases including the most serious and complex cases
- Prepared legal notices and collate formal witness statements and proportionality assessments
- Representing the organisation in court and get successful outcomes for their communities
- Working closely with partner agencies to tackle ASB
- Providing advice to operations staff for best practice using current ASB tools & powers
- Preparing & serving legal documents e.g., Injunctions, Notices, NTQs, ABCs, Parenting
Essential requirements:
- A Basic DBS from within the last 3 years or willingness to apply for a new one
- Experience of dealing with complex ASB cases
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
