- Secretarial role supporting a busy Consultant
- Answering phone calls, emails and replying back to patient queries
- Pulling clinic lists, chasing scans, booking surgeries, managing referrals
- Minute taking, able to edit documents & letters as per company guidelines
- Use of the practice management system
- Must have knowledge of MidexPro and/or DGL
- Must have worked in a private healthcare organisation
