We are a leading recruitment agency, proudly partnering with a prestigious player in the Insurance industry. Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Expenses Manager to oversee their Finance Department. This is a permanent position based in their well-established and dynamic office.
Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive expense and cost reporting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial data.
  • Analyze financial data to detect discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with various department heads to formulate strategic financial decisions and optimize spending.
  • Provide expert financial advice and insights that serve as a benchmark for budget planning and cost management.
  • Prepare detailed reports on financial performance and cost-effective measures for senior management review.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the finance team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.
