Housing Officer Required
Location: Nottingham

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to ASB complaints
- Meditating between neighbourhood disputes
- Carrying out occupancy checks to ensure properties are being used as a main and principal home
- Investigating alleged fraudulent activity
- Providing housing support to tenants
- Assisting with Benefit and Welfare Claims
- Addressing rent arrears, voids and re-lettings
- Conducting regular visits, audits, inspections, and report repair/maintenance issues.
- Supporting tenants struggling by signposting to relevant services
- Liaising with third party agencies related to housing and tenant support.
- Investigating breaches of tenancy , serving notices and attending court hearings if required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Full UK Drivers License
- Basic DBS
- Relevant Experience in a Similar Role
