- Process invoices and ensure timely registration on COINS
- Match invoices to purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Meet payment deadlines by efficiently processing invoices
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience with invoice processing and reconciliation
- Excellent communication skills for handling internal and external queries
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to build strong relationships
- Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- AAT qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar accounts payable or finance role
