Systems Support Analyst

Location: Romford

We are currently seeking a System Support Analyst, who will join the system development team where the focus is to maintain, design, develop and test software to enhance the functionality of business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company and reduce costs.
  • Delivering good outcomes for customers and putting the customer's interests first.
  • Ensure the customer understands what we sell and support the customer in anyway you can.
  • Monitor and maintain the key business applications most notably Open GI.
  • Designing and developing software enhancements.
  • Engage in development projects with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Documenting system developments and processes.
  • Providing technical support on the applications.

Experience

  • Excellent understanding of Open GI Core and the different parts of the application.
  • Previous experience in development of Open GI is necessary.
  • 2 or more years insurance related experience.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 including English and Maths.

We take a hybrid approach to working. For most colleagues, this means being in the office two or three days a week and the rest of the time working from wherever is best for them and their team.
