Systems Support Analyst
Location: Romford
We are currently seeking a System Support Analyst, who will join the system development team where the focus is to maintain, design, develop and test software to enhance the functionality of business applications.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company and reduce costs.
- Delivering good outcomes for customers and putting the customer's interests first.
- Ensure the customer understands what we sell and support the customer in anyway you can.
- Monitor and maintain the key business applications most notably Open GI.
- Designing and developing software enhancements.
- Engage in development projects with other departments and stakeholders.
- Documenting system developments and processes.
- Providing technical support on the applications.

Experience
- Excellent understanding of Open GI Core and the different parts of the application.
- Previous experience in development of Open GI is necessary.
- 2 or more years insurance related experience.
Qualifications
- GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 including English and Maths.
We take a hybrid approach to working. For most colleagues, this means being in the office two or three days a week and the rest of the time working from wherever is best for them and their team.
