Digital Content Moderator
Salary: £30k per annum
Location: Bishops Stortford (office based only)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring posts, comments, direct messages, images and videos to ensure they comply with guidelines and standards
- Removing content that violates the Terms of Service
- Address user concerns
- Collaborating with other departments such as legal, customer service and public relations
- Staying updated with the latest trends, tools platforms policies and online safety guidance
- Experience working with content moderation tools such as Asana, Zendesk or similar issue tracking software
