To support our growth, we are currently recruiting an Internal Recruiter to join our HR team, based at our Head Office in Wootton, Bedfordshire.
This exciting role will support in the delivery of the end-to-end life cycle of talent recruitment and on-boarding for our Operations Centres and Head Office functions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the full recruitment process, from candidate attraction to on-boarding
- Liaising with Hiring Managers and placing advertisements for all recruitment via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media, internal communications and our website
- Monitoring advertisement responses and making decisions on any required actions
- Engaging recruitment agencies where appropriate, being the liaison between them and our Hiring Managers, arranging interviews and providing feedback on candidates
- Scheduling and supporting with telephone and face to face interviews, as required
- Liaising with candidates on queries, offers of employment and providing feedback from interviews
- Supporting and attending recruitment related events, as required
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of assessment days, as required
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a recruitment role within a high volume, fast paced environment
- Full working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle, including on-boarding and right to work checks
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and remain calm under pressure
- Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and objectives
- Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be an advantage, but not essential
