Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator looking for a part-time opportunity? We are working with a reputable company in Loughborough that is seeking an Accounts Admin to join their team for 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with basic finance administration tasks, including managing invoices and purchase orders
- Supporting the team with data entry, filing, and document management
- Processing supplier payments and reconciling accounts
- Managing incoming queries from suppliers and customers regarding accounts
- General administrative support to the finance team
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts admin role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting software and Microsoft Office
