We are working with a US law firm who are seeking an experienced and versatile Legal Secretary with a background in litigation to join their team for a six-month contract. This role requires an experienced secretary who can hit the ground running, providing comprehensive support to at least one partner and a team of associates.
The role will involve a broad range of duties, including diary management, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed.
The firm is looking for a secretary with a strong litigation background, excellent typing and Microsoft office skills as well as solid communication skills.
