Description

  • Provide expert HR advice to managers and staff.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices.

  • Oversee the recruitment process, from interview to induction.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
