Well Placed HR has been assigned by our client, a market leading firm in its field, to source an experienced HR professional with strong HR business partnering experience to join a very friendly and high calibre people team as an Employee Engagement and Experience Manager.
Reporting into the Head of People, your duties in this role will include:
- Leading a team of 2 direct report
- Overseeing day to day HR operations
- Acting as a trusted and strategic partner within the company
- Continuously evaluating and improving HR processing
- Championing a people-centric culture
- Ensuring HR policies align with legal and regulatory requirements
- Aligning workforce planning with business needs
- Collaborating with operational management to identify talent needs, develop succession plans and support career development
This role would suit an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge and understanding of HR principles, practices and employment laws, backed by a CIPD level 5 qualification or an equivalent level of practical experience. You will also need to be a highly proficient business partner and be able to demonstrate strong staff management skills.
