In this role you will be reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts in accordance with company policy and legal requirements, maintaining current contracts, collaborating with various departments ensuring contracts align with company goals, and liaising with internal and external parties such as suppliers and clients to ensure contracts are executed smoothly.
This role would suit a contracts manager from a construction background with experience in new-build housing looking to join a company at a pivotal point of growth, with the added benefit of a car allowance.
