A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant, for a hybrid role making permanent placements - ideally Commerical, Industrial or Engineering (although other sectors considered)
Working for an estblished recruitment organisation, where you will have the support of a knowledgable and driven Manager who has a passion for permanent recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Using initiative to create new business
- Conduct targeted business development
- Engage with business clients and candidates on a regular basis
- Attend Client meetings
- Source suitable candidates for specific vacancies via innovative methods
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Achieve agreed targets and KPIs

The successful Candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role, and a track record of making permanent placements.
In return my Client will pay a basic salary up to £35K, plus commission - depending upon experience.
