A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Controls Engineer to join a UK known manufacturer in the Worcester Area!
With no day ever being the same the Senior Controls Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- PLC and HMI Programming from cradle to grave
- Producing technical documents and manuals
- Designing electrical and electronic systems
- Integration of Robots, Servo motors, Invertors
- Visiting customer sites to ensure that delivery and commissioning is met on time
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of CAD packages - PromisE desirable
- Experience with PLC programming / HMI programming
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatics is strong beneficial
- Good understanding of pneumatics, schematics and component specifications
- Experience with robot programming beneficial
