Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic History Teacher for a high performing secondary school based in Chester.
The role we are looking to fill is for a long term role starting as soon as possible due to an unexpected absence. The role is a full time position with normal working hours of 8:20am to 3:20pm, Monday to Friday. The school are ideally looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 year experience teaching KS3 and KS4 History at a high level.
The ideal candidate is someone that is committed and enthusiastic about delivering engaging KS3 and KS4 History lessons. The school also ideally want someone that can work well within a very close team and can hit the ground running with building quick relationships with pupils and teachers.
The role is due to start as soon as possible and will continue until December 2024. The school are ideally looking to hold interviews or trials over the next 2 weeks.
To be considered for this role, we will need -
- Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
- A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
- A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
- Full Qualified Teaching Status in the UK with specialism in History.
