Position Overview:
Join our Customer Service team! This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, focusing on delivering high-quality customer service to our contractors. Main Responsibilities
- Answer inbound queries from customers across multiple campaigns, including phone, email, and live chat
- Make outbound calls to customers to assist them with their queries
- Strive to achieve first point of contact resolution where possible
- Handle various administrative tasks assigned by your line manager
- Work within set KPIs
Skills, knowledge and experience required
- Previous customer service experience
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- A positive, empathetic, and patient approach to working and thinking
- A true team player
- Articulate, with a clear understanding of the English language at a professional level
- Ability to build inter-departmental relationships
