Field Brand Ambassador Manager
About the Role
As a field brand ambassador manager you will be responsible for managing, training & inspiring a team of Brand Ambassadors/City Managers who would be expected to deliver an exceptional product experience through engagement with adult smokers/dualist/nicotine pouch users and executing POS Material + Incentives within stores. This role is fundamental to the success and continuation of the product launches as well as supporting in store activation & brand advertising.
The ideal candidate
Will have relevant experience in participating in ambassadorial/promotional/ event programs or will have a background in being in a customer-facing environment or managing & inspiring a field based team. This role will report into the companies directors & also working with managers within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day reporting/feedback ensuring all administrative tasks are completed ie: KPI tracking, consumer insights, in store incentive results & ensuring all store incentives are reported & paid out correctly.
- Managing the City managers/Brand Ambassadors ensuring they are keeping on top of their incentives, administrative tasks & also keeping in touch with the market.
- Coming up with incentives for the retail stores to drive field activation, brand awareness & using these to come up with fruitful incentives for the internal city managers.
- Represent the company with the utmost of professionalism, presentation and enthusiasm, ensuring we are following all regulatory and age gating guidelines.
- Gather, collate and report back on competitor products to include, market share, pricing and availability.
Your Profile
- Strong with administration & reporting
- Experience of managing & motivating a team.
- Ability to travel Nationally
- Comfortable approaching B2B & B2C customers
- Ability to interact face-face with consumers in a friendly and engaging manner
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships and store management
- Must be fluent in English (Speaking, writing and reading)
- Strong resilience and desire to drive continuous improvements and operate in a changing environment with a great adaptive personality
- Ability to build and develop collaborative relationships - internal and external
- Make it happen personality who can get things done fast - Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
A full UK driving license and own vehicle is required for this role - field based
