Position: Management Accountant
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Working Pattern: Full-time (onsite)
Salary Package: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Usual working hours are 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.

Position Overview: This high-profile role for our automotive client. We seek an ambitious and proactive individual to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the accounts team with monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and Group accounts consolidation.
- Involvement in annual budget preparation and year-end accounts and schedules.
- Focus on business improvement and increasing efficiency of accounts processes.
Key Skills:
- Minimum AAT Level 4 or studying towards ACCA or CIMA.
- Strong communication skills across various platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of industry KPIs and management accounts interpretation for improvement.
- Ability to follow specific processes/instructions and work independently on delegated projects.
- Experience with automotive software Keyloop 'Drive' (formerly CDK) or Kerridge Rev 8 is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and facilitate meetings with key employees across the group, so flexibility is required!
