Interim Finance Transformation Manager | Rapid-Growth Automotive Scale-Up | 6 month Contract
Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast growth organisation in the Automotive industry who are looking for a Finance Systems and Transformation specialist who can lead, design and implement a new holistic ERP system. This is a 6 month contract that is Outside IR35, with potential to extend.
The Business
We're working with an extremely high potential, automotive start-up providing high end services to the luxury car market. The company has grown exponentially since its inception circa 3 years ago. Following an exciting period of growth, they have decided to invest in a finance systems/transformation expert who can help to identify, lead and implement a system which will provide comprehensive coverage across the business units.
Initially there is an expectation to be circa 3 days in their office in North-East London, however further flexibility can be available after a period of 'settling in'.
The Role
Reporting into the CFO, as the Finance Transformation Manager/Finance Systems Manager, you shall be responsible for identifying the current capabilities within the business units and explore, design and lead on an implementation from Xero, to a new ERP system or multiple systems.
Our client is ideally looking for a scalable system which can grow alongside them, which can automate insightful reporting, MI and connect CRM with Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for any Finance Transformation experts who have experience supporting scaling businesses with system implementation projects.
What we need to see (essential):
- Experience with multiple different ERP implementation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management expertise, with the ability to manage upwards effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a track record in problem-solving
What we need to see (bonus):
- Broad experience with multiple systems
- Previous projects in an SME or start-up/scale-up environment.
Location: North-East London (Hybrid) - parking available
Day Rate: £400-525
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Contract Length: 6 months
