Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an Sales Ledger Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responsible for initiating calls to clients with past due balances
- Formulate and implement strategies that will meet the Shared Service Centre KPI's
- Sound decisions regarding the status and proper handling of customer accounts
- Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions
- Achieve daily collection call goals and communicate those results to management
- Establish consistent and productive communication channels with Agency Credit Managers and Finance teams as necessary to support the Collections process
Profile:
The successful Sales Ledger Manager will have at least 3 years experience working within Accounts Receivable and will have strong Credit Control experience. Media experience is desirable.
Client:
Our client is a Global Media Agency based in London Bridge. You will work 3 days per week from their office and 2 days from home.
Salary & Benefits:
This Sales Ledger Manager role will be paying circa £47,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
