Pearson Carter are currently working with a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central Gold Partner in the UK. They are looking for a NAV/D365 Service Desk Analyst with NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.

Responsibilities:
- User Support- Providing assistance on call, via email or with a ticketing system.
- Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.
- Conduct training sessions and providing advice to users.
- Working with software/development teams to escalate and solve issues.
- Maintain documentation.
Experience:
- Over 1 year experience working with NAV/D365 Business Central.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Experience with ticketing system.
- Strong Finance knowledge.
- MB800 Certification is preferred.
Salary
They offer an excellent salary package of up to £45,000, depending on experience! + Benefits + Remote working.
Location
The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has an office in Lincolnshire– this is a FULLY remote role.
Training is onsite with travel expenses paid for.
