As an IT Service Manager, you are responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery for the entire technology solution, support services, and user experience.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience working as an IT Service Manager.
- Meeting or surpassing the agreed SLAs and OLAs for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- ITIL Certification is needed.
- Good communication skills.
