The job you will be doing

  • Estimating jobs to go onto the system
  • Working closely with external sales
  • Booking orders on internal system
  • Creating quotes
  • Sending emails to customers and clients
  • Speaking to customers
  • Answering queries and production schedules
  • General admin duties

About You

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Previous administration experience is an advantage
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Team player
