Description
The role of Legal Counsel will include the following:
- Be able to cover tender reviews, contracts qualifications / deviations, risk assessment & mitigation plan of contracts including engineering agreements, FEED, EPC, MOUs and technology licence agreements
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Provide support to other relevant functions of the company including Procurement, Subcontracts, People & Culture, IT etc.
Profile
A successful Legal Counsel should have the following qualifications / experience:
- A qualified solicitor in the UK or Similar jurisdiction
- Proven experience in handling a range of Engineering / Construction and Energy related Projects.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
