Description
- Preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
- Analysis and presentation of financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Management of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Regular interaction with operational teams to understand business performance.
- Assist in the preparation of yearly audit and statutory accounts.
- Conduct cost analysis and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of management accounting techniques.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
