I am currently assisting a luxury global jewellery brand in their search for a Sales and Operations Assistant. This brand is renowned for its ethically sourced jewels and semi-precious stones, and their products are sold at prestigious retailers like Liberty and Net-a-Porter.
In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Commercial Manager and collaborate with various departments, including PR, Logistics, and Wholesale.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. Experience with Excel is required, and familiarity with Shopify and Photoshop would be advantageous.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collating and distributing brand assets for retail partners - product imagery & brand bios
- Sharing important product information with retail partners - size, weight, CT and origin of jewellery
- Manage Wholesale Order shipping: Ship and track wholesale orders from dispatch to delivery, managing any courier or customs issues, resolving order errors and issuing invoices. You will ensure an exceptional wholesale customer experience throughout
- Monitor partner websites to ensure correct information and imagery is being displayed
- Maintaining contact lists, research into new stores to support growth of this channel with Sales & Commercial Manager
- Weekly monitoring of the website for discrepancies and monitor pricing to ensure it is aligned across different currencies
- Setting up the showroom for client and buying appointments
- Booking, organising & arranging shipping and couriers both nationally and internationally (DHL, Fedex, Malca Amit)
YOUR PROFILE
- High level of organisation and time management, with the ability to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Capability to work both under direction as part of a team and independently on assigned tasks.
- You will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role and be looking to join a fast paced and nimble company that is growing quickly.Experience in a similar industry is a must.Jewellery experience is preferable but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and experience with Shopify and photoshop is an advantage
PACKAGE
25 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays - in addition the office will be closed between Christmas and New Year and this will not be taken out of your holiday allowance so you may have up to an additional 5 days of holiday.
