£50,000 - £60,000 + 20% Bonus + Car
Home-based with UK travel (Ad hoc International travel)
Elevation Recruitment are working with a global plastic packaging manufacturing company, where you will play a key role to expand their business within the UK.
Our client sell custom-designed products predominantly into Food and Beverage manufacturers, so the ideal candidate will come from industries related to Packaging or F&B manufacturing.
This is a key role so we need someone with bags of energy and self-motivation!
The business have sites across Europe, therefore you must be willing to occasionally travel across the EU for teambuilding events and townhalls.
Main responsibilities:
- Developing new business opportunities and extending the existing customers portfolio
- Selling the full range of products in all market segments integrating a real industrial and lobby approach
- Ensuring the development of strategic accounts
- Being able to uncover, built and justify customer needs
- Preparing quotes, working closely with the engineering department.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in B2B sales within a manufacturing group
- Be able to identify opportunities, develop leads, close deals
- Cultural awareness, flexible with high reactivity
- An excellent communicator and great people skills, with the ability to work on own initiative
- In depth understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to apply
- Driven to succeed and highly self-motivated while working within a European sales team
- A full clean driving licence
