We have a fantastic new opportunity an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join a highly reputable Law firm based in Liverpool, Merseyside.
The firm are renowned for having an exceptional Housing Disrepair Department, and this would be a great opportunity for an experienced Fee Earner looking to further their career in this area of Law!
The Housing Disrepair Solicitor's responsibilities:-
- Manage a case-load of housing disrepair claims from inception to settlement
- Assist the wider team on higher value housing disrepair claims
- Liaise with clients and all third parties
Requirements:-
- Previous experience (12 months) handling a case-load of HDR cases
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft)
- Excellent organisation and diary management
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
