KS1 and KS2 Teacher– Balham– Starting September
This is an exciting and flexible opportunity for a KS1/ KS2 teacher to become a valued member in a prestigious and supportive primary school.
The role
As an experienced teacher or ECT, you will be expected to be patient, understanding and passionate about teaching. This role is a permanent position. As a key function of the role, you will be required to foster a learning environment and educational experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to fulfil their individual potential.
As a KS1 and KS2 teacher, you will also be responsible for using a variety of teaching delivery methods appropriate to the individual learning styles, and the varying demands of the curriculum while keeping pupils engaged.
The ideal candidate
The school believes the quality of staff is crucial to pupils' success and therefore you must have the following:
- Have proven success in your teaching career to date
- Have Qualified Teacher Status
- Be an ECT or experienced KS2/KS3 teacher
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ensure pupil safety inside and outside of the classroom
