Project Contract manager

Are you an experienced project manager with proven success in project management and contract delivery looking for your next role in the public sector?

ASA are currently seeking a Project Contracts Manager to work alongside a large-scale client based in Edinburgh on a hybrid basis for an initial 18 month contract.
This role will see you manage contracts, ensure policy compliance, and oversee financial processes therefore your ability to lead, manage, and deliver results will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and project cycles, ensuring timely delivery and financial oversight.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance and effective contract management.
  • Lead the collection and analysis of key evidence to support inquiry hearings.
  • Ensure adherence to the Scottish Public Finance Manual.

Essential Skills and Criteria:

  • Proven success in project management and contract delivery.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • Experience in people management and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Analytical ability to organise and present information for continuous improvement.
