We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Training Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate activities between our website customers and providers, ensuring a seamless experience for clients seeking solutions.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage training enquiries and booking requests from clients efficiently.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer loyalty and increase market share.
  • Respond professionally and within agreed timescales to all enquiries and booking requests received through various channels.
  • Provide advice and guidance on our extensive training portfolio and related industry certification schemes.
  • Source relevant training courses based on client requirements and sell the solution to the customer.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to secure repeat and expansion business.
  • Meet and surpass relevant service level agreement (SLA) targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Liaise with training providers for scheduling and support.
  • Offer re-scheduling and cancellation support to clients.
  • Proactively develop key accounts and update details on the website.
  • Provide dedicated enquiry processing and after-sales support.
  • Perform any other relevant duties/tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and sales roles is preferable, with full training provided.
  • Knowledge or experience in the construction and/or training/education sector is beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to organise, plan, and prioritise tasks.
  • Responsive to a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Competent in using IT systems and software.
