Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an Independent Town Planning Practice on the hire of a Senior Planner to join their team in Beaconsfield. This is a full-time and permanent position though candidates looking for alternate arrangements are welcome to express an interest.
Our client specialising in securing planning consents for clients across England, providing guidance and planning services for private homeowners/landowners, national corporate organisations, housing associations, to local businesses.
Working within the small, experienced and busy planning team, you will help provide the following services to your clients;
- Planning Applications
- Permitted Development Guidance
- Pre Application Advice
- Site & Acquisition Appraisals
- Planning Appeals
- Land Promotion
- Project Management
- Affordable Housing & S106 Negotiations
Requirements to Apply
Candidates should hold a Planning or similar qualification with appropriate experience to operate at Senior Planner level. Experience of major developments and experience in London advantageous. MRTPI Chartership is ideal but not essential. You should be a good communicator, be a team player with a great eye for detail. Applicants will need to hold a UK driving licence.
