Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of EDI objectives and strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and design processes to enhance EDI throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Monitor progress, analyse EDI data, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on EDI best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain, update, and enforce policies and procedures related to EDI practices.
- Attend relevant networking events and promote EDI engagement and communication within the workplace.
- Deliver training on EDI best practices, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to align EDI initiatives with the overall people strategy.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A genuine passion for promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Extensive experience working in a role focused on EDI initiatives.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience is essential.
- Natural ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.
