What You'll Do:
- Support Operations:
- Manage the shared inbox for quick responses.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Document Proof of Deliveries (PODs) accurately.
- Assist with load planning and shipping manifests.
- Handle charging and pricing efficiently.
- Customer & Vendor Relations:
- Address inquiries and resolve issues with customers, hauliers, and agents.
- Obtain shipment clearances and ensure compliance.
- Check and correct commercial invoice errors.
- Administrative Duties:
- Support the Branch Manager and team.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff.
- Manage communications (emails, calls, mail).
- Data Management:
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
What You Need:
- 1-2 years of admin or operations support experience
- Freight haulage industry experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Independent and team-oriented work style.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
