Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
  • Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development
  • Build strong relationships with high-level B2B customers over the phone, understanding their technical needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Develop professional customer service skills and learn how to convert leads and develop long-term relationships with key clients
  • Work closely with the rest of the motivated and dynamic team and become an integral part of the company's success

Requirements

To be successful in this graduate sales role, you should be a recent graduate with:
