Entry Level Finance Opportunity
Our client based on the outskirts of Colchester, is seeking an entry level candidate with a desire to secure a role based within Finance within a supportive company.
This role will sit within the Sales Ledger team and full training will be provided.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering telephone and email enquiries regarding invoicing and general finance duties
- Entering sales invoices onto the accounts ledger
- Dealing with cash reconciliations and cash refunds
- Processing supplier invoices and payments onto the accounts ledger
- Assisting with month end duties and checking credit notes
- Managing invoicing duties
- Supporting the Accounts team with any ad-hoc tasks as required
Candidate attributes:
- Good use of MS Excel
- Great attention to detail
- An analytically minded thinker, able to spot discrepancies and competent in data entry
This is a fully office-based role, with free parking. Please note you must be able to drive due to the location. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm and the salary is 26k-27k Per Annum (DOE).
